The Estate’s flagship wine, the FIVE, is an exquisite blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. The cool 2022 growing season has resulted in an impressively elegant cuvée, with a complex perfume of iris, sour cherries, black plums, and a sprinkling of dried herbs. The palate is rich and concentrated, with bold dark blackcurrant flavours balanced by fresh acidity and fine-grained tannins, with a lingering finish of cedar and a hint of graphite.
